Grilled Salmon w/ Wildflower Honey Glaze

Ingredients

1 large wild salmon filet
2 tbs. Dizzy Pig Raging River Rub
1/3 stick of unsalted butter
1/3 cup wildflower honey
2 tsp lemon marmalade


Preparation Instructions

Remove skin from salmon
slice filet into 4 equal sections
Dust both sides with Raging River Rub
Pre-heat grill to 400° F

Make Glaze:
Add honey, lemon marmalade and melted butter together in a sauce pot over medium low heat until all ingredients melt and blend.

Grill salmon for about 3 -4 minutes per side or until the internal temp reaches 127-130° F.
Set salmon pieces in a half pan and glaze both sides. Place back on the cooker in the pan for about 3-4 minutes or until glaze sets.
