Pizza Topped with Banana Peppers and Fresh Mozzerella
Pizza on the Big Green Egg topped with banana peppers, fresh mozzarella and sage leaves

Ingredients
1 ball of pizza dough
1/2 cup of pizza sauce
6 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded asiago cheese
4 banana peppers
12 sage leaves
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 pad of butter
Preparation Instructions
• Saute’ sage leaves in butter until crispy and set on a napkin
• Prepare pizza dough
• Brush on olive oil and dash with salt and pepper
• Slice fresh mozz into 1/8” slices and place around pizza dough
• Sprinkle on asiago cheese
• Spoon on pizza sauce in dallops around the pizza
• Slice banana peppers into rings and spread out
• Place the crispy sage leaves on top
• Add salt and pepper and cook on a pizza stone at 475° f - 500° F for about 20 minutes or until cheese has melted.

When prefab at internal, it can be scorched on a dish stone in a routine oven to echo the effect of a brick oven. christmas greeting messages Added choice is grilled pizza, in which the cheekiness is baked flat on a rack framing. Greek dish, like Chicago-style dish, is baked in a pan kinda than direct on the bricks of the pizza oven.
