Ingredients
1 bottle Newman’s Own Caesar Dressing
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 teaspoons black pepper
4 yellow squash
4 medium zucchini
Preparation Instructions
In a medium bowl whisk together the dressing, garlic, and black pepper. Wash the squash and zucchini and halve them lengthwise. Place them in a zip bag and pour the dressing mixture over them. Push out as much air as possible and seal the bag. Refrigerate at least 2 hours and preferably overnight.
Prepare the grill direct and hot. Remove the squash and zucchini from the bag and place them directly on the grill skin side down. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until well browned and flip. Cook another 5-6 minutes or until the squash and zucchini are browned and softened. Remove to a cutting board and cut on the bias into bite sized pieces. Toss the squash and zucchini together in a bowl to serve.
Cooks Notes
Marinate these veggies overnight for optimum flavor.

Yeah, this is tasty. You can use either or. You could even use a different type of vinaigrette, just nothing heavy or creamy or else it would burn on the grill.
