Corn on the cob
A favorite summer treat just requires a little preparation. My friends family would host a corn roast every summer.

Ingredients
4 ears of corn with husk on
1 gallon of water
1 stick of butter
salt
pepper
Preparation Instructions
Soak the ears of corn in the water for at least 20 minutes, making sure the entire husk is submerged.
Get your grill ready at medium heat.
Place the ears of corn on the grill and cover for 20 minutes.
Uncover, remove the husk and enjoy.
Use butter, salt and pepper to taste.
Cooks Notes
When my friend’s family hosted, they would soak the corn the night before so that some could stay on the gill longer.
