Garlic Chicken
Brine the chicken then push garlic underneath the skin and then roast.

Ingredients
1 whole chicken aprox 4 pounds
4 whole garlic cloves
1/2 cup kosher salt
butter or olive oil
Preparation Instructions
8 hours before you plan to cook. Rinse the whole chicken, add 1/2 cup of kosher salt to enough water to cover the chicken. Make sure the salt is not sitting on the bottom of the pot. After 8 hours or so take out chicken and rinse. Slice 4 garlic cloves into slivers and push underneath the skin. Dry the chicken and cover with butter or olive oil and put into the oven or your Big Green Egg and roast at 350 degrees for 1.5 hours until done.
