When it's too hot to make pizza indoors I move outside to the grill for a fantastic grilled pizza

Ingredients
1 pizza dough
tomato sauce
mozz. cheese
topping of your choice
Preparation Instructions
Stretch or roll out dough 1/4 thick. Brush olive oil on grill and lay dough directly on grill over med - high heat. Grill 2-4 mins each side. Remove partially baked dough. Cover with sauce , cheese and topping and return to grill and close top. Pizza will cook in 2-3 mins.I loke to brush olive oil on both sides of the dough as it grills
