Simple corn

Ingredients

Ears of fresh corn. You have to figure the number of people and the space on the grill to know how much to cook. For instance, my daughter will eat 2 ears with ease.
Butter
Aluminum/tin foil

Preparation Instructions

Shuck the corn.

Tear off enough foil for each ear of corn, about 2 feet.

Put a piece of butter on the foil.  Wet down the corn, put it on the butter and wrap.  You want to make this as air tight as is reasonably possible.

Put in on the grill, indirect method, for 30 minutes at temps above 300f.  The steam will permeate the entire corn and the cob.  As a result, the corn will stay hot for quite a while.

Cooks Notes

If you go direct, the corn may burn.  This can be prepared ahead of time, and refrigerated before cooking.
