Smoked Oysters
Oysters on the half shell cooked with smoke

Ingredients
1 dozen Oysters
4 oz Parmesan cheese grated fine
4 oz Romano cheese grated fine
4 oz Mozzarella cheese grated fine
1 Tbs Herbs De Provence
1/4 pound Butter
Preparation Instructions
clean oyster shells and shuck
mix cheeses and herb de provence together
melt butter
get egg on direct cooking with pecan chips up to 350 degrees
put oysters on Egg
spoon on the cheese and herb mixture
spoon on the melted butter
When cheese is melted the oysters are done
Cooks Notes
Egg might flare up when butter is added
