Mango topped Mahi Mahi

Ingredients

1 package Mahi Mahi
1 fresh Mango
Zatarins Blackened Seasoning or other blackening seasoning
Butter


Preparation Instructions

Place cast iron on 500 degree grill
slice mango and cube pieces into 1/2” by 1/2” pieces
melt butter or use olive oil to rub over fish
Sprinkle fish with blackening seasoning
When cast iron is hot add butter to cast iron then add fish.  Fish will cook approx 3-4 min each side depending on thickness.
when fish is near completion add mangos and let cook an additional minute.  Remove and serve.


Cooks Notes

Any blackening seasoning can be used.
